How do I install the RealQuant Excel add-in?+
In Excel, go to Insert, then Get Add-ins, search for RealQuant and click Add. The add-in needs an active RealQuant subscription.
How do I reset my password?+
Click Forgot password on the app.realquant.ai sign-in page. We email a reset link to your registered address.
Is my data secure?+
Each account's data is logically isolated from other accounts. Model usage runs under terms that exclude training on your data. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher).
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Cancel from your account settings at app.realquant.ai. For help, email [email protected].
