Read-only to start. Roles map to your Entra ID groups. Write access is granted per workflow, in writing.
Credentials
Service accounts cover only the systems in scope and are removed when the engagement ends.
Models
Model usage runs under commercial terms that exclude training on your data. Calculations run in code.
Review and ownership
Your team signs off. The code stays in your repositories.
Review
Each workflow has a review step: a person approves outputs before they go to IC or LPs.
Audit
We set up logging of access, changes and exports in your tenant.
Confidentiality
Deal and LP data are handled under the confidentiality terms of our agreement.
Ownership and continuity
Your code, runbook and data live in your tenant and repositories, and our framework is licensed to you for use in your business. Your team or another firm can run them.
