Ranges and timelines are estimates. Final scope, fees and dates are set in a signed statement of work.

Terms

  • Build is billed at signed milestones: scope, first tie-out, go-live.
  • Each Scale workflow is scoped and estimated in its own statement of work, billed time and materials.
  • Operate is a 12-month managed service. At renewal you continue, change scope or take over with the runbook and code.
  • Your data platform runs in your tenant. Your data, outputs and the code we write for you are yours. Our framework is licensed to you for use in your business.
How we handle your data

Questions

No. The Diagnostic ends with a set-fee quote for the Build foundation and first workflow, in a signed statement of work.

Cloud and model usage, billed to your own accounts. There are no per-seat charges. Work outside the SOW is time and materials.

Read-only access to the systems in scope and time from each function lead.

No. Yardi, MRI, Argus and Excel stay. Your models read inputs from the data platform in your tenant.

Keep them. They do not know which figure in your administrator package is right or how your waterfall should tie. We build that layer in your tenant: one data model, code for the math and a source for each figure. Your assistants get more useful on top of it.

Many firms eventually should. New hires start from a blank page. We start from a real estate data model we have built before, target the first workflow in 90 days and hand over code and a runbook your hires can run.
