Capabilities

Five Microsoft surfaces. One CRE workflow.

Microsoft Fabric

A governed CRE Lakehouse, mirrored from your systems.

Deploy a Fabric workspace in your Azure subscription. Mirror Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, and any Postgres-backed system, into a governed Lakehouse. Power BI, Excel, AI Skills, and Foundry agents all read from the same source of truth.

LakehouseMirroringAI SkillsReal-Time Intelligence
  • Native mirroring from Azure DB for PostgreSQL, no custom ETL code
  • F64+ capacity unlocks unlimited free viewers across your firm
  • AI Skills lets analysts ask your deal database in plain English
  • Notebooks (PySpark / T-SQL) for ad-hoc data science when you need it

Power BI

Pre-built CRE dashboards, Excel-native.

Portfolio dashboards built on the Fabric semantic model. Embedded into your custom Labs UI or used standalone. Excel live-connect lets analysts pivot, slice, and model without leaving the tool they already live in.

  • Pre-built dashboards: NOI variance, occupancy trends, deal pipeline, market comps
  • Embedded into your custom workflows or used in the Power BI portal
  • Row-level security per LP, fund, or region. Analysts only see what they should
  • Excel users get full live-connect for pivot tables and ad-hoc analysis

Azure AI Foundry

Custom CRE agents, governed in your tenant.

Deploy our battle-tested OM, Rent Roll, and P&L parsers into your Foundry project. Your prompts, your schemas, your governance. Build custom agents on top: deal triage, broker email drafter, IC summary generator, market watch. Token-metered, no per-seat costs.

  • Three production parsers deployed into your Foundry project on day one
  • Custom agents built per workflow: deal triage, summarization, drafting
  • All prompts and schemas governed by your Azure RBAC, never leave your tenant

Power Automate

The workflow glue between everything.

Email intake, SharePoint sync, approval flows, Teams notifications, and browser RPA for broker portals where APIs don't exist. Standard connectors are included with your M365 license; premium connectors and RPA add ~$15/user/month for ops staff.

Why Microsoft for CRE

The path of least resistance for institutional CRE.

Data sovereignty by default

Everything we deploy lives in your Microsoft Azure tenant: your subscription, your encryption keys, your audit trails. Your data never routes through RealQuant infrastructure.

Tools your team already uses

Excel, Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint. Your analysts don't learn new software. We build the AI agents and data layer behind the tools they live in.

Microsoft Fabric, built for this

One workspace. Lakehouse + Power BI + AI Skills + notebooks. F64+ capacity unlocks unlimited free viewers across your firm so licensing scales with use, not seats.

Azure AI Foundry, governed in your tenant

Custom CRE agents (OM and rent roll parsers, deal triage, market watch) deployed into your Azure AI Foundry project. Your data, prompts, and outputs stay in your tenant under your governance. RealQuant builds, maintains, and evolves the agent prompts, schemas, and supporting templates as part of the engagement.

Power Automate as the workflow glue

Email intake, SharePoint sync, IC approval flows, Teams notifications, browser RPA for broker portals. Standard connectors are included with your M365 license.

Microsoft Partner

We're a Microsoft Partner aligned with Microsoft's CRE go-to-market. Co-sell motions and bring-your-own-Azure deployments are part of how we engage.

You Need This If

Your firm runs on Microsoft 365 and procurement won't approve another SaaS vendor.
You want a unified CRE data layer (Yardi + AppFolio + CoStar + comps) that Power BI and Excel can both query.
You need AI agents that parse OMs and rent rolls, but the prompts and schemas have to stay in your Microsoft Azure tenant.
Your acquisitions inbox is a bottleneck and you want incoming deals auto-triaged into SharePoint folders.
Your analysts already live in Excel and Power BI. You want AI on top of those tools, not in a separate web app.
You want the Microsoft Partner co-sell motion as part of your data and AI strategy.

How It Works

From first call to deployed.

01

Discovery

We map your existing M365 + Azure footprint, define the agents and dashboards you need, and scope integrations to Yardi / MRI / AppFolio. A paid, fixed-fee discovery phase delivers the architecture blueprint, governance framework, and deployment SOW.

02

Tenant provisioning

We deploy a Fabric workspace, provision a Foundry project, configure Power Automate flows, and wire Microsoft Entra ID for SSO, all in your subscription.

03

Build + integrate

Deploy parsers and custom agents, build Power BI dashboards, configure mirroring from your CRE systems, and stand up the email-intake workflow.

04

Operate + improve

Committed engineering hours cover ongoing prompt and agent improvements, new use cases, and monitoring. The deployment runs in your Microsoft Azure tenant; RealQuant operates and evolves it alongside your team.

Engagement Model

Two line items on your bill.

Microsoft licensing flows through your existing Azure relationship. RealQuant charges a discovery + deployment fee, then a recurring Platform License plus committed engineering hours. No per-seat or per-document fees from us. Your team uses it as much as it serves them.

Microsoft platform

Fabric capacity (F64+ typical for firm-wide BI), Power Automate premium for ops staff, Foundry token usage. Paid directly to Microsoft on your existing enterprise agreement.

RealQuant engagement

One-time Discovery + Build fee, then recurring Platform License plus optional committed engineering hours for new workflows and ongoing improvements. Scoped per engagement.

Let's scope the right engagement.

Walk us through your current workflow and stack. We recommend the engagement, scope the build, and define the timeline.
