Personally involved in 150+ transactions representing $11.2B in aggregate deal volume across those prior roles.

How we think about CRE technology.
1. Infrastructure before agents.
Every AI agent in a CRE firm depends on clean, governed data underneath. Most firms skip the Foundation and deploy agents on top of spreadsheets. The agents break on the second question. We build the data layer first, always.
2. Custom infrastructure, not custom software.
Every firm wants custom outcomes. Nobody wants a 12-month custom build. We bring a templated CRE stack that collapses the timeline. SOW and timeline are locked during a paid discovery phase. Control of custom, speed of a platform.
3. Agents are a UX layer, not a magic layer.
An agent is only as good as the data layer underneath. The agent is the interface; the governed warehouse, ontology, and CRE definitions are the reason it works. Most CRE AI tools skip that layer and wire agents to raw data. That is why they hallucinate and miss context.
